Teaser Tuesdays (6)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

1. Grab your current read
2. Open to a random page
3. Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)

Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My teaser this week is...
"I sifted through a few more of the paintings, growing even more bewildered, and then I saw one that stopped my heart cold. When I picked it up, I wasn't surprised to see my hands were shaking."
~Pg. 123, "Swiched" by Amanda Hocking

@Jaskirat: I enjoyed it. It was a pretty easy book to read, I finished it within a day and a half. I look forward to adding Torn and Ascend (the next 2 books in the series) to my library. I'll check yours out now. =D

@Aleksandra: I finished it last night. I'll try and get my review up soon so you can take a look at it if you would like. =D

I recently read this too. It wasn't amazing, but it was good. I'm looking forward to the next two books. I like that they are all being released within a few months of each other :)

My Teaser

@Tiffany: Yea, I must agree with you. It wasn't anything that knocked my socks off. But the second to last chapter (between Wendy and Finn) made me cry. I am also glad that the books come out relatively close to one another. I hate long waits. Guess it makes being a self-published author first easier because all your books can come out relatively close together. =D
